Monthly Membership with 1 or 2-Year Agreement
If you prefer to make monthly payments, this option allows you to pay your dues by monthly drafts out of any checking account or credit card.

Annual Membership with 1 or 2-Year Agreement
By selecting this option you may pay for your membership for a full year at a discounted rate with no further payments.

Discounted Memberships Available
Discounted memberships are available to families with two or more people.

6-Month Membership
This option is ideal for the seasonal fitness enthusiast. Membership is for a term of 6 months with no additional contracts. This option is the least economical.

Special add-on features for members
Here at Elite Fitness and Health you are in control of your membership! You can add-on other amenities to your membership such as: Unlimited Tanning, Personal Training, and/or a Personal Locker (members will receive the special discounted add-on rates).

Humana Members Welcome
If you are insured through Humana and are over 65 years of age, the Humana will pay for your membership! Simply bring in your Humana insurance card and sign up to receive all the benefits of our current members for free!
