CLASS DESCRIPTION

BODY PUMP INTERVAL: This class is a combination of Bodypump tracks along with cardio segments that will keep you moving. A great class for all fitness levels.

BODY PUMP: A "Must Try" class for women and men of all fitness levels. Improves muscular strength and endurance with high reps, low weight, slow temp. Real results, real fast, and pure fun. Rated as one of the best workouts in the country. 

CARDIO COMBAT: This class will be a combination of the other classes offered.  It will be the instructor's choice for a fun filled hour.  All fitness levels welcome.

DOUBLE STRENGTH INTERVAL: STEP Right up with the combination of intervals using the Reebok step, original bar bells (from Body Pump), weights, tubing, body bars, stability ball and the glide discs for a total body workout.  This class will keep you moving in the right direction.  All fitness levels welcome.

INDUSTRIAL BODY STRENGTH: This is everything you need in a one-hour class. Challenging cardio and strength training join together to create a seamless transition that covers the entire body effectively.  All fitness levels welcome.

KICK BOXING: Get ready to jab, punch and kick!  This class uses easy to follow boxing inspired movements for a total body workout.  All fitness levels welcome.

MUSCLE DEFINITION: With this class you get great curves, definition, and increase bone density with no fancy choreography. This class is designed to tone your upper body suing hand held weights while toning your lower body stepping at a slow rate of speed. A great abdominal workout will follow.

SENIOR FIT EXPRESS: This half hour class is for the active older adult and includes cardio and strength training. Great for beginners.

SILVER SNEAKER-Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SPINNING: A great workout for all levels of fitness.  Spinning offers an instructor guided bike ride for 45 minutes followed by upper body resistance training.

ZUMBA: This class is an aerobic dance class that delivers results. The routines feature aerobic interval training to Latin and exotic music. Zumba targets areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle of the body -- the heart. An amazing full-body workout.
